Job Description

• Lead and supervise the NOC team in 24/7 network monitoring and incident handling.

• Maintain the performance of the FWA network (BTS, CPE, backhaul, and core) to meet SLA standards.

• Perform root cause analysis and problem management for recurring incidents.

• Coordinate with the RF, Transport, and Field Engineer teams for on-site troubleshooting.

• Manage NMS/EMS systems, alert dashboards, and ticketing integration.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly network performance reports.

• Develop team competencies and ensure all operational documentation remains up to date.

• Propose monitoring system optimizations and alert/predictive maintenance automation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in NOC/Network Operations, with at least 3 years in a Supervisor or Manager position.

• Hands-on experience in managing FWA networks (LTE/5G, WiMAX, or Microwave).

• Familiar with vendor equipment such as Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, Cambium, Mimosa, Ubiquiti, etc.

• Experienced in using monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, SolarWinds, Cacti, and NetNumen.
