Job Description

• Monitoring and checking 24*7 NMS FH, ZTE, HW

• Monitoring and checking 24*7 active network core router for nationwide MyRepublic coverage area with 65 Network Element (IGW, SPE, F5, BNG, and etc)

• Monitoring and checking 24*7 Access network and equipment for nationwide MyRepublic coverage area with 671 Network Element (Metro, SW-Agg, OLT, SmokePing, obervium, Netnumen, U2000, and UNM)

• Monitoring and checking 224*7 link backbone network traffic and link availability/faulty for 196 link backbone (IPT, IPLC, Internet Exchange and intercity)

• Assist branch team to do troubleshooting onsite

• Escalate to TAC for any unsolved problem and release ticket with 3rd party

Requirements

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or equivalent.

• At least 6 months of experience in networking, MikroTik, and OLT/FTTx.

• Familiar with FiberHome, ZTE, and Huawei equipment (NMS & U2000).

• Experienced in FTTH network monitoring.

• Proven experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and ticket handling.

• Familiar with networking concepts, routers, and switches.
  CCNA/CCNP certification is an advantage.
